**Inside Drop-Off:**
Your items will be delivered to the first ground-level room, such as the first dry area inside your garage or the designated room inside your apartment building (if there is an elevator). This service does not include the setup or assembly of items, and packaging materials will not be removed. Please be aware that this option is not available for walk-up locations. Delivery is scheduled and subject to Certificate of Insurance & Building Restrictions.

**Room of Choice with Full Assembly:**
Prepare the areas through which delivery personnel will pass, and ensure the floor and walls are adequately covered. With this option, we provide 'Delivery in the Room of Choice' on the ground floor, including placing the furniture, unpacking, and assembly in the room of your preference. Additionally, we offer trash removal, disposing of packaging materials in your designated bin. This comprehensive service requires a scheduled delivery and is subject to Certificate of Insurance & Building Restrictions.
